By the time you get this letter, our twins will probably be born. Our family and friends marvel at all the work done in a mere month and a half. Everything you did looks beautiful. The kids are on spring break and we will be in Disney for a week so please make yourselves at home—there’s cold tea in the frig and those coffee bags you guys like are on the countertop by the back door with the electric kettle just beside. Dear Tony,
Enclosed is a check for the final payment of our attic/roof/dormer and basement ceiling project. My family and I are delighted with the results, and are now having fun decorating and moving furniture up into our great new living space. We had wanted to convert the attic into a bathroom and bedroom for many years, but had put it off because of the expense and our reluctance to live through such an extensive renovation over many weeks.
